  1. This file has quantity order and site licensing information for Integrity
  2. Master(TM).  Please refer to file ORDER.TXT for complete ordering information
  3. or file ORDER.FRM for the order form and mailer.

  6. you need complete copies of the manual and disk with each licensed copy)

  10.  Please use this table if you want to use Integrity Master on multiple
  11.  PCs, with the complete Integrity Master package including book and disk
  12.  for each PC.  To order from this table, select the number of ADDITIONAL
  13.  copies you wish to order.  You must order the first copy at full price
  14.  and then select the number of additional copies from the table below.
  15.  If you have already licensed your first copy (on an earlier order), you
  16.  can cross out that price on the order form and pay only the price for
  17.  that additional copies.

  64.  Example of ordering multiple copies:

  66.    To order 12 copies, you would pay $49.50 for the first copy which
  67.    includes $4.50 for domestic shipping. You now want to order 11
  68.    additional copies. Looking in the table, you see that 11 copies are
  69.    $31.00 each.  $31 plus $4.50 shipping brings the unit cost to 35.50.
  70.    The total on the order would be $440 which is $49.50 plus 11 times
  71.    35.50.   If you live outside the US or Canada you would need to
  72.    include $5 for each copy to cover the additional shipping and support
  73.    expenses.

  77.  Please use this table if you want to use Integrity Master on multiple
  78.  PCs, and you do NOT need the complete package including book and disk
  79.  for each PC.  NOTE, THAT SITE LICENSES DO NOT INCLUDE BOOKS OR DISKS.
  80.  You can order additional copies of the book and disk for $14.50 each
  81.  with your site license.

  83.  To order from this table, select the number of ADDITIONAL PCs you wish
  84.  to license to use Integrity Master.  You must order the first copy at
  85.  full price and then select the number of additional licensed copies.
  86.  This way each site license has at least one copy of the book and disk.

  91.  Site licenses for 50 or more PCs include automatic mailing of the
  92.  new releases of Integrity Master at no extra charge for twelve months.

  94.  To qualify for a site license:

  96.   1) You must purchase at least one book/disk set and then select the
  97.      number of additional PCs which may use Integrity Master.
  98.  
  99.   2) You must designate a single point of contact. This need not be a
  100.      particular person, but should be a single address with a single
  101.      telephone number to coordinate all purchasing and support activity.
  102.      Any requests for technical support or license upgrades must go
  103.      through that person or office before contacting Stiller Research.
  104.  
  105.   3) Site licenses may NOT be transferred to another organization or person.

  166.    To use IM on 161 PCs, you would pay $49.50 for the first copy which
  167.    includes  $4.50 for domestic shipping.  You now want to order 160
  168.    additional licenses. Looking in the table, you see that 160 licenses
  169.    are $12.60 each.  No shipping is needed for the additional licenses.
  170.    The total on the order would be $2065.50 which is $49.50 plus 160
  171.    times $12.60.

  175.  If you are a large organization and have your own help desk, we offer
  176.  special low-support license rates of only $7.50 per license, for licenses
  177.  between 100 and 500 copies.  For over 500 licenses, we offer a $6.00
  178.  rate.  Under this special license, all users must report and document any
  179.  problems to the central help desk (or one of our authorized agents if
  180.  prior arrangements are made with that agent). Problem reports may still
  181.  be sent directly to Stiller Research.
